Hacienda de Mita


Hacienda de Mita is an enclave of luxury condominium units inside the 24 hour gated compound of the Punta Mita Resort.  Its' location is idea as it is the only beach front development where guests can enjoy surfing, stand-up paddling and kayaking opportunities directly out front of the condos. 

The compound is comprised of 12 buildings with three and four-story buildings.  All the units have approximately 3,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space.  Each building features its own elevator, designated parking spaces and dedicated swimming pool directly in front them. 

Owners and guests can also enjoy the use of Hacienda de Mita's private beach club where there is a large community pool, massage room, changing rooms/restrooms, lounging area and kitchen facilities for pool side beverages / food service.


Outside the gates next to Hacienda de Mita, lies the quaint village of Punta de Mita where you can enjoy fabulous dining options along the beach front in addition to casual eateries.  The village also has a surf school, dive guides, traditional markets, and clothing boutiques.
