HACIENDA DE MITA
Hacienda de Mita is an enclave of luxury condominium units inside the 24 hour gated compound of the Punta Mita Resort. Its' location is idea as it is the only beach front development where guests can enjoy surfing, stand-up paddling and kayaking opportunities directly out front of the condos on El Anclote Beach.
The compound is comprised of 12 buildings with three and four-story buildings. All the units have approximately 3,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. Each building has a dedicated swimming pool directly in front it. Owners and guests can also enjoy the use of Hacienda de Mita's private beach club where there is a large community pool, massage room, restrooms, lounging area and pool side beverage/food service.
